The Task

Design a learning management system personal page for an employee. The employee will be able to get an overview of his learning processes in the organization. He will be able to monitor his assignments status as well as his performance in courses he has already performed.

Design process

I first went into the depths of the beam and explored the world of e-learning and learning management systems.I learned about the common tools today and free open source-based management platforms versus cloud-basedsystems with a payments model. After the market research phase, I began to develop the user personas of the system that I wanted to design.I developed two main personas each with its srengths and pain points. After the creation of the personas came the stage of listing and building the user flow chart. At the end of the prosses, I applied my research insights into wireframes. The next step was to design and shape the visibility of the system at all visual levels and createthe final UI Design for the system.
